Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events
Kaizen & Rapid Improvement Events
Why should you join our Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events training program?
Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all employees. Kaizen sees improvement in productivity as a gradual and methodical process. Kaizen also known as, Rapid improvement events (RIEs). They are intended to accompany—not replace—an organization’s continuous improvement initiatives.
Led by one of your internal experts, understanding how to conduct an RIE can help your organization drive improvements to a specific product line, service or process. An RIE project is team-based, short duration, often only one week, and resulting in a positive change quickly.
Currently Juran’s Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events training program is only being offered in group settings online or through classroom training.
