Juran is originally founded by Dr. Joseph M. Juran, the father of modern day performance improvement. He had an impressive career, servicing both the private and public sectors. He was invited to Japan after WWII by General Douglas MacArthur, leading to long-term business relationships with many organizations, including Toyota. He published over 20 books and hundreds of papers that were translated into 17 languages. In 1992, he received the National Medal of Technology from President George H.W. Bush. Today, Juran Inc. is led by his successor Joseph A. De Feo. Together, they completed the 6th Edition of the Quality Handbook, keeping it in the limelight after 60 years in print.
Our coaches and trainers have extensive experience in multiple methods and tools, including strategic planning, Six Sigma, and Lean.
We strive to transfer our knowledge to you for continuous sustainable improvement.
